- 2 cups chopped Peppermint Bark (divided)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup finely chopped candy canes
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Add 1 cup of the Peppermint Bark and the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring after each, until you can stir the chocolate smooth, and it is totally melted.
Add the Chex Cereal to a large bowl and pour the melted chocolate over the top of the cereal in the bowl. Stir it all together to coat the cereal evenly in the chocolate.
Add the coated chocolate to a large 2 Gallon Ziplock bag, add in the candy cane pieces, then the powdered sugar. Seal the bag and shake it all together until the cereal is evenly coated in the candy cane and powdered sugar.
Pour the mixture into a clean bowl and add the remaining Peppermint Bark pieces to the mix and mix it in evenly.
Let the mixture sit if the chocolate isn't set, then enjoy!
