Add the White Chocolate, Sweetened Condensed Milk, and Butter to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until you can stir it all the way smooth. 3 cups White Chocolate Chips, 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2 TBS Unsalted Butter
Add the Key Lime Juice, Lime Zest, and Vanilla Extract to the mixture and stir it until evenly mixed in. 2 TBS Key Lime Juice, 1 1/2 tsp Lime Zest, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pour the fudge into the square pan over the graham cracker crust. Smooth out the fudge to the corners and the top is even.
Cover the pan and place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or let it sit at room temperature for several hours.
Remove from the fridge once chilled and lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut the fudge into small pieces with a sharp knife, and enjoy.
