Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 to 30-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is melted and smooth. 8 oz high quality chocolate, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Dip each spoon into the melted chocolate, and scoop it up into the spoon, spinning it around to coat. Use another spoon to spoon extra chocolate into the cavity of the spoon.
Place the spoons onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Let the chocolate set until it is cooled and hardened.
