In reply to Anita L Mickinak. The recipe calls for 12 oz chocolate chips, 12 oz white chocolate, and 10 oz creamy peanut butter (which is 1 cup + 2 TBS) so if you're only using 10 oz chocolate total (no white chocolate, you'll want to cut the pb by a little more than half)

OMG! These are amazing! I used dark chocolate instead of the milk chocolate. They turned out fabulously and I loved how quickly they set up. Putting them on my cookie tray for the teachers tomorrow!

In reply to heather. I've left mine at room temperature for a couple days and they were soft and lost their shape a little, but didn't totally melt flat. Not sure if that answers your question. I'd keep them in the fridge until you're delivering

It says to store in the refrigerator. What happens if these are added to cookie boxes and left on the counter. Will they get too soft and distort?
