Was it smooth and creamy, and the chocolate chips melted fully? You don’t want to over cook as it can cause your chocolate to seize and get clumpy. We recommend doing the white chocolate half first (if you didn’t) because its always more liquidy in my testing. I made it about 6 times! Ha!
