Sorry about that, it is vanilla extract, I added it to the ingredient list and recipe! Just 1/2 tsp add it when you add the lime zest.

I’m making them now, and they are turning out great so far! I had to adjust my size of dough balls, the first batch I made them too big, and I’m not sure if they are done. I’m waiting for them to cool, but they look great! thanks for the recipe!
